HISTORY OF HULT INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS SCHOOL 

Hult International Business School has its roots in a bold vision to transform business education through global experience and practical learning. The school’s story began in Boston in the 1960s, when it was founded as the Arthur D. Little School of Management - the world’s first business school to focus on the practical application of management principles. It was later renamed Hult International Business School in honour of its benefactor, Bertil Hult, whose passion for experiential learning shaped the institution’s direction. Over the years, Hult expanded beyond Boston to establish campuses in London, Dubai, New York, and San Francisco, creating a truly international network of learning. At Hult, accommodation options vary by campus to give students flexibility and a great start to university life. In London, students can select from a range of recommended student accommodation close to campus or choose to rent privately, depending on their preferences and budget. In Boston, first-year bachelor’s students live in Hult House. Students can expect to choose whether they want a shared room, or an individual room – either way they can live with their peers, and most buildings have modern facilities such as shared common spaces, gyms, laundry rooms, cinema rooms, etc.

While internships aren’t a formal programme requirement, they are highly recommended, and students can even earn academic credit for completing one. The vast majority of students are employed or continuing their studies within six months of graduating.
